Writing formal papers -MLA style

Sent from Tosha Caston-Smith's iPadHey kids,

I'm seeing some wonderful work on the TED Talk summaries and responses, and I'm looking forward to returning them with feedback Monday or Tuesday. You make me want to watch all of them!

In case I forget to tell you, will you all make sure to double-space everything? Most of you didn't on this first typed response. No one is losing points for that this time.

Let's all just remember to double-space next time. Do it through formatting in the layout or by using this icon and selecting all of the paper including the heading.

Martin Niemöller: "First they came for the Socialists..."

Read Martin Niemoller's famous quote and the history behind it.

Now look again at Faber's regrets on p 78 where he says, "Mr. Montag, you are looking at a coward ... Now it' stood late" (Bradbury 78).
